How long does shipping take?
Shipping to Austria or Germany: approx. 3-10 working days unless otherwise stated.
We try to ship the goods as quickly as possible.
If shipping will take longer, we will inform you.
Do I get a tracking number for parcel tracking?
If our parcel services assign a tracking number for tracking, you will receive this after the goods have been dispatched.
How much are the shipping costs?
For orders over 1000,00 € incl. 20 % VAT there are no shipping costs. Below that we have to pay between 11,00 € and 139,00 € incl. charge 20% VAT depending on the shipping class. The costs to be borne are displayed in the cost overview before the order is completed.

Assembly
Are all the required fastening materials included?
All of our products come with the required assembly materials. You don’t have to worry about anything anymore.
Do I have to have my roof structure registered by a test center?
Since we sell our products in different countries, each country has its own laws regarding vehicle conversions. If you are not sure, call the competent authority in your country and ask them about the registration requirement.
Can I reorder spare parts?
If you need spare parts for one of our products, just contact us by email. Please also enter your order number so that we know exactly which product you have purchased from us.
