Shipping terms
Delivery and shipping conditions: Orders can only be placed by persons over the age of 18.
As far as in the article description no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in Austria within the time specified before after confirmation of order (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction and/or entrance on our account). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Shipping costs
Free of charge
From a shopping cart of 1.000€ incl. VAT, shipping is free for the available countries. Shipping area is any country within the EU.
In addition, it is possible to purchase products directly from the factory without shipping costs. For this purpose, the option “Pickup on site” must be selected during the ordering process.
Shipping flat rate
Below that, a flat rate is used depending on the product, with only the most expensive shipping charged once.
Before the purchase, the shipping costs are calculated and displayed.

Delivery time
The general delivery time is between 3 – 10 working days unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions are products which are marked with the special shipping.
Special shipping
In the case of sample consignments subject to a charge, the consignment will be sent immediately after receipt of payment. Shipping costs: Shipping is carried out by means of standard delivery within the valid delivery times of the respective manufacturer free curbside unloaded in the respective value of goods with a surcharge – delivery time of 2-10 weeks; more precise information can be requested from us depending on the product and manufacturer. If a delivery is divided into several shipments, however, the shipping costs are to be paid only once.

To our regret, there is an increasing incidence of transport damage and entire package losses caused by external shipping service providers. Since this does not meet our high quality standards, we now want to act.
We have worked out a concept for you in the team. Namely, we will deliver even packages of shipping class XXL for certain countries. This service is provided for Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and Czech Republic.
However, shipping must be compatible with logistics and production.
Therefore, as a customer, you have from the 1st to the 22nd day of each month to place your order.
The shipment is then collected from the 22nd to the 31st of the month. New orders during this period will be difficult for us to handle, so please be patient for delivery or purchase earlier.
We're being honest with you here. It theoretically means a longer wait for you.
In return, however, you get a unique service.
